Our Advice
As well as wanting to help you with workplace solutions we also want to do our part in helping to prevent the spread of the virus.
- Wash your hands frequently with soap for at least 20 seconds. You should wash your hands every time you blow your nose, sneeze or cough and when you arrive at work or home. You should sneeze or cough into a tissue or a bent elbow and dispose of used tissues immediately.
- Maintain social distancing- maintain at least 6ft (1.8 metres) distance between yourself and anyone else when outside of your home.
- Avoid touching your face as much as possible.
- If you have a new continuous cough or high temperature, stay home and self-isolate for 7 days (14 days if you live with others, they should also isolate with you). If your symptoms get worse or are no better after the isolation period, call 111.
- Stay informed on the latest developments about COVID-19. Follow the advice given by your national and local public health authority on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
